Refund & Exchange Policy:
We have no policies for refunds, however in case you’ve paid via online payment/debit/credit card and the item is not available or the item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which can be availed online within 30 days.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.
*Nutriactor Pharma reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.
*There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.
Medicine Products Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility:
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items:
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging.
Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
3. Process:

Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
5. Inspection and Approval:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
6. Replacement:
Approved exchanges will be processed and a replacement product will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
