Free Express Home Delivery for orders valued at or exceeding PKR 5000/-

All orders may take up to 3 – 5 working days to be delivered to your doorstep

Online Order & Tracking Process:

Order on our website by placing your item to “Add To Cart”

If you want to buy more items please click “Continue Shopping”

Proceed to Checkout & Fill in the Following details:

First name, Last name, Email, Phone #, Address, Country, State/Province, City

Press the ‘Order’ button to place your Order and get your Order Number. Once your order gets confirmed an email will be sent to your email ID.

Every order will also be confirmed over a recorded telephone call before dispatch (Please note that answering this phone call is mandatory if you will not answer your call your order will not be confirmed and put to hold, while the item may run out of stock).

After the confirmation you will receive another email with a tracking number and your order details During the transition of your package, you can use this tracking number to stay updated with your delivery status.

Upon receiving your order please check it and pay your due charges and keep your Invoice for at least 14 days (as per our return policy).

All products purchased from Dernier Cree can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if:-

The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to or by calling at 0300-7927129, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Dernier Cree, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at along with your name and a picture of the delivery receipt, within 14 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.

The product is damaged because of use.

The product has been tampered with.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
